Lean Manufacturing
Identifying Value: The customer's perception of what is important for their product;
Value chain: Sum of all the phases that take the product from the production chain to the customer;
Continuous Flow: It envisages lean manufacturing, with a continuous flow of production at each stage in turn, without interruptions or waste between the stages of the process;
Pull Production: No phase of the product should be passed on to the customer without being requested;
Search for Perfection: A state of continuous flow, without waste and fully aligned with the customer's needs and desires. The quest for perfection involves the continuous improvement of processes and the elimination of all forms of waste, which is the ultimate goal of lean manufacturing.
