Inserting Machines
The KE-3020 é da mesma família da KE-2080 porém com conceito mais moderno e interface “friendly” tanto para operação e programação com touch screen, considerada de conceito flexível com reconhecimento por laser e câmera o que permite montagem de componentes menores (0402) até componentes maiores e de forma irregular, com produtividade de 17.100 CPH (componentes por hora) em 7 cabeças de montagem. Possui a mesma flexibilidade de forma e embalagem, podendo trabalhar com componentes em rolo ou bandeja.
Equipamento de inserção de componentes considerada de conceito flexível com reconhecimento por laser e câmera o que permite montagem de componentes menores (0402) até componentes maiores e de forma irregular, com produtividade de 15.500 CPH (componentes por hora). Um equipamento que traz uma flexibilidade tanto no que tange forma mas também embalagem, podendo trabalhar com componentes em rolo ou bandeja.
Equipamento de inserção de componentes com capacidade de 33.000 CPH (componentes por hora) e conta com 8 cabeças de montagem com reconhecimento a laser para componentes.

The FX3 é um equipamento de alta produtividade que pode chegar a 60.000 CPH (componentes por hora) com 24 nozzles a vacuo divididos em 4 cabeças de montagem com reconhecimento a laser para componentes que variam de 0402 (metrico) até 33,5 X 33,5 mm e 6 mm de altura, utiliza feeders eletrônicos (até 240 feeders de 8 mm) que trazem maior precisão no pick up e menores índices de attrition. Um equipamento de alta velocidade para quem precisa de volume e com alta capacidade de feeders mesmo para volumes menores com maior variedade de produtos.
Welding Deposition Machines
Contamos com 3 máquinas impressoras de pasta de solda, proporcionando aos nossos clientes diferentes conceitos de impressão podendo trabalhar com apoio por pinagem, bloco ou vácuo de acordo com o nível de exigência de cada produto, todas são automáticas e com programação por fiducial, por padrão utilizamos quadros de 29″ x 29″ porém possuímos capabilidade de adaptação para uso do 23″ x 23″ e rodos (squeegees) de diferentes tamanhos, todas com limpeza automática de estencil com pano (wiper) com solvente e vácuo.
Reflow Oven
Contamos com 3 fornos de refusão que se diferenciam pela quantidade de zonas térmicas, com 10 zonas (2) e 13 zonas (1), tendo capacidade de processar os mais complexos produtos com sucesso em desafios de tamanho e dissipação térmica, podendo nos utilizar de nitrogênio para criar ambiente inerte se assim especificado com controle de fluxo e todos os nossos fornos são capazes de processar soldas Tin Lead e Leadfree.
Inspection Machines
Temos em nossa estrutura um equipamento de inspeção automática de deposição de pasta de solda (SPI) trazendo maior confiabilidade ao nosso processo de impressão da pasta de solda podendo trabalhar com faixas específicas para cada produto ou cliente podendo avaliar a altura, a área e consequentemente o volume com sua função 3D em todas as peças montadas, por ser um equipamento inline a SPI é capaz de barrar uma placa que não está dentro dos parâmetros determinados, assim evitamos a montagem de componentes sobre uma quantidade equivocada de pasta de solda. Nossa máquina conta ainda com registro de falhas, para que possa ser feito acompanhamento e para que ações sejam tomadas caso algo fora do padrão aconteça.
O processo de inserção de componentes possui algumas possíveis falhas de montagem como mau posicionamento que possuem tolerâncias regidas por normas do ramo e no intuito de evitar essas falhas, mantendo a variação dentro do permitido pelas normas, possuímos um equipamento de Inspeção Óptica Automática (AOI na sigla em inglês para Automated Optical Inspection) que verifica, não só o posicionamento dos componentes mas também sua forma e conteúdo trabalhando com dois conceitos, o grau de cinza – principalmente no que alcança soldabilidade – e comparação de padrão de imagem para forma, posicionamento e conteúdo. Junto a isso trabalhamos com análise estatística para análise de comportamento e assim avaliar tendência e acionar correções de forma preventiva.

Os 3 tipos de destaque de placas mais comuns são o serrilhado, o corte V e o corte por fresa, o tipo de destaque é uma escolha do cliente porém o corte por fresa é o método que traz melhor acabamento e menor risco de dano a solda de componentes críticos nesse quesito (BGA e Fine Pitch) e foi baseado neste método que investimos nossos recursos, trazendo para a operação um equipamento robusto de fresamento com programação por linha de corte que traz mais agilidade e resultado rápido na programação ideal para baixos volumes e possui mesa dupla que é ideal para altos volumes.
PTH to SMD Upgrade

As printed circuit boards with SMT assembly and SMD components have a high standard of quality and finish, the manufacturing process is much more precise than PTH, with PTH components and when the technology conversion takes place, even the PCB benefits from the reduced size.
A assembly of SMD electronic boards is more precise as it is made electronically, without human interference, after millimeter insertion of the components, the printed circuit board goes to the reflow oven, with 5 microprocessed zones that melt the solder paste (which can be with or without lead) thus fixing the components to the PCB, without the need to drill the PCB.

01 - Material Receiving IQC
All material received from our customers (Labor) or acquired by us (Turn Key) is submitted to our IQC - where all the specific requirements for approval of the items are analyzed by our quality area professionals.
02 - Material Checking
Besides the quality check, we also submit the material to the stock check, every electronic product or component before being stored is also counted and labeled so that we don't have any mishaps.
03 - Material Storage
Cromatek has 438m² of stock equipped and tested in relation to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) required in the sector for component storage and also an air-conditioned room for MSD items, which are items sensitive to humidity.
04 - New Product Introduction
Before the product enters our production line, it is understood by our technical staff, where it is analyzed in relation to special assembly items, definition of production processes, products that must be engraved, or some specific assembly process, and only after that are the subsequent activities performed.
05 - Separating material and sending it to the production line
All material before entering the production line is identified with information on where it should go and in the correct quantity for production.
06 - Receiving material on the production line
The incoming material to the production line goes through some of our poka yoke to ensure that the materials are fed correctly into the machines.
07 - Batch or continuous production
There are two types of production, we can produce a single batch of a product, with quantity to be defined by the customer and will enter components counted for such, or we can continuously produce a product, which will make our system that generates the need for the components and sends them to the production line efficient.
08 - Production line and process auditing
Our quality department performs an audit of the entire production line before production starts, so that all machine programming, documentation, and inputs used in future production are checked.
09 - Line and production approval
Once the quality audit returns with an assertive result, production is started.
10 - SMT Line
We have in our structure three SMT lines capable of assembling products with varied components, from the simplest such as capacitors and resistors to the most complex, which are the BGAs, Slots and the like. We have inspection machines such as SPI and AOI in our most complete line to ensure the quality and solderability of the products produced.
11 – Linha PTH & TU (Touch Up)
We have two PTH lines, each line directed to its wave soldering machine, enabling us to produce more than one product simultaneously so that each product/customer has its own exclusive production line.
Our two TU lines each follow their respective PTH line, we use specific soldering iron tips to perform the soldering in the best way for each product, we define the specific processes for each customer, and we also seek to develop tools for this if necessary.
12 - Mechanical Assembly Line
Our structure has a line prepared to perform mechanical assemblies, be it electronic board assembly in cases or electrical panels. Our assembly line is flexible and we can define its layout in a way that meets the products that will be assembled on it.
13 - Functional Test Lines
We have two ICTs (In-Circuit Test), which can be fed with the customer's own test base or if necessary we can develop a test base specific to our customer's product.
We also count on our structured conveyors for functional tests outline that help in the speed of handling the products and also in the preservation of our process in the production line.
14 - Packing
We can pack the products as requested by the customer, from boards in antistatic bags stored in boxes and delivered to our customers, to the product assembled in its mechanical packaging and stored in the final product box for shipment to our customer's final consumer.
15 - Final Quality Inspection
After the product is packaged it goes through a quality inspection, this is done according to a table of limits and quantities, known as AQL in the quality area, according to the order/batch quantity an audit is done on the boxes where some parts are inspected, tested and validated.
Only after this quality approval is the material actually made available to stock for storage and later delivery to the customer or final consumer.
